Connie Man's daughter was born a few weeks early
23 Jul - After announcing the birth of her baby earlier this month, Connie Man recently shared that her daughter was actually born prematurely.
In a long post written on 21 July, Connie shared that her daughter was supposed to be born at the end of the month, but was born half a month early following a checkup.
Connie said that it started when she felt like the baby's reaction was different from usual. Going to the hospital for an examination, she was later told by the doctor that she needed surgery immediately.
"I was so surprised and worried when I was ready to start the operation, and I was wondering about the many problems and situations that might come up. Fortunately, the baby was so healthy and was born so loud!" she wrote.
The early birth also meant that a lot of things had yet to be prepared, and that she spent most of her time after giving birth cleaning the house, buying things and pumping milk before taking it to the hospital to see the baby.
"Every day since the baby came home with me to the house, I have been busy. Despite that, I am happy... I will keep working hard for the baby to grow up healthy and happy," she added.
