Zahnita Wilson plans to return to modelling

5 Feb - Zahnita Wilson is ready to return to the world of fashion and couture now that she is free to work again.

Speaking to the media about her plan, the 40-year-old former model said that she missed being in the modelling world as it was a way for her to release her stress in the past.

"Being a model is not just about posing for the camera. What's more important is that I had fun. It was close to my heart," she said.

Zahnita said that she only needs to find the suitable time to make her comeback as well as someone who can help manage her career.

"This planning needs to be done carefully because right now, I'm doing things on my own. I hope there will be someone who can help manage my career so that everything goes smoothly," she said.

For starters, said Zahnita, she has already started working with local cosmetic brands, though no solid contract for any ambassadorship.

Asked if she will return to Kuala Lumpur to achieve that dream, Zahnita, who made headlines last year for alleging to be a victim of domestic violence, said that her children are more comfortable living in Kuantan as their schools and friends are in the district.

However, she said that she hopes to be able to do so in three years' time.
