Yuki Furukawa is no longer a part of Horipro

9 Apr – Yuki Furukawa recently revealed that he is no longer a part of his agency of 14 years, Horipro.

Sharing the news on Instagram on 6 April, the actor expressed, "I would like to inform that my contract with Horipro Co., Ltd. and myself, Yuki Furukawa, has ended and I am leaving the company."

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the people involved in Horipro who have provided me with guidance over 14 years, and who have continued to work with me sincerely until the very end," he expressed.

Yuki also stated that he will now be working as a freelance artiste in order to achieve his goals.

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the fans who have supported me and staff members of the industry," he added.

It is noted that the last drama Yuki did was the Hulu series, "Kami-sama no Ekohiiki".
