Holiday Inn Xin Cuisine
A luxurious choice perfect for gifting or self-indulgence, Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant is offering three flavours this Dragon Boat Festival. Those who like a bit of luxury can go for Abalone and Cumin Pork Rice Dumpling (S$29.80); traditionalists can go for the Traditional Rice Dumpling (S$17.80) and those with a sweet tooth can go for the Red Lotus Seed Paste and Chestnut Dumpling with Osmanthus Sauce (S$13.80). Each piece weighs 380g, larger than an average-sized bak zhang.

These homemade dumplings are made from 100% fresh ingredients and do not contain MSG, preservatives, and artificial colours. It's also vacuum-packed and ready to eat, though you should freeze those you cannot finish for up to a month.
