Skincare brand Y.O.U ends cooperation with Kim Soo-hyun
4 Apr - Kim Soo-hyun's scandal has continued to bleed him dry, as another international brand has decided to cut off their partnership with the South Korean actor.
Indonesian skincare and cosmetic brand Y.O.U beauty has recently released a statement on its official social media accounts, which read, "Y.O.U has always been standing with every YOUniquer, prioritising the well-being and valuing interests of every woman. We encourage women to fearlessly take the step towards renewed confidence and a brilliant life, as guided by our brand values."
Stating that they do not tolerate any behaviour that violates their brand values, the company stated, "After careful consideration, we have made the decision to terminate our partnership with Kim Soo-hyun. Also per strong requests from our YOUniquers, we are taking immediate steps to remove Kim Soo-hyun related materials and we will pursue all possible legal actions if necessary."
This latest development came after many other brands have decided to withdraw their support for the actor, from Shabu All Day and Eider removing all of Kim's images from their official websites, and PRADA terminating its contract with the actor in mid-March.
Kim recently denied allegations against him regarding his relationship with the late actress Kim Sae-ron in a recent press conference. At the same time, the actor and his brother Irobe are now entangled in another allegation concerning the late singer and actress Sulli and their collaboration on the controversial film, "Real".
