Na Ying to make reality show comeback?

4 Apr – Nine months after she went on a hiatus, it was revealed that Na Ying is set to make her comeback through a Zhejiang reality show.

As reported on Phoenix, an entertainment blogger recently broke the news that the fifth season of the station's variety show, "Youth Periplous" will start production soon, and that Na Ying will participate in the project.

Immediately afterwards, it was revealed that the show will begin filming on 3 April, though it was uncertain whether Na Ying will be a guest star or a permanent cast member.

It is noted that this is the first time there is news about the songstress ever since she went MIA back in July.

The 55-year-old and her producer sister Na Xin were accused by Chinese singer Ocean Hai last year of abusing their power on the singing competition, "Sing! China", in the wake of the death of pop star CoCo Lee, who was allegedly mistreated on the 2022 edition of the show.

Na Ying did not address the allegation amid the uproar, and instead choosing to lay low to the extent of cancelling her appearance at a live performance in Shanghai in September.
