If your house could talk, what would it say? Maybe it'd tell you all about that creepy crawl space in your cellar. Perhaps it would warn you about placing a potentially haunted painting on your walls. Or maybe, in the case of this viral video from Connor Nijsse, your walls would let you in on a little secret: its insulation is actually made up of tons of stuffed animals.

Yes, you read that right. The same fluffy friends who once covered your childhood bed are now hidden inside someone's home. It all started innocently enough when Nijsee discovered a bunch of plush pals where fiberglass insulation should be. Nijsee was surprised—and, well, so was the rest of the internet.

"It’s either a genius way to get rid of your kids stuffed animals or a true crime documentary, no in between," one TikToker wrote. Meanwhile, others were totally sold on this unconventional way to repurpose old toys. "I think this is an awesome way to recycle," another person noted. "Can you imagine how many stuffed animals are in the landfills?" "Check the stuffing," a third quipped. "Maybe there's money in there."

Money? No. However, Nijsee was able to give the 115 stuffed animals a second (well, technically, third) home. Since the post has gone viral, the contractor has sent 40 plushies to children to help brighten their day. In fact, Nijsee's latest TikToks are packed with comments to see if he has others he's willing to part with.

How about that? We often see viral videos about so many...well, freaky things hiding in the home. But, for just this once, one man's trash is truly another's treasure.
