Andrew Yuen denies rivalry with Ruco Chan
1 Jun - Andrew Yuen has recently denied rumours about a supposed conflict with Ruco Chan.
As reported on Mingpao News, previously tabloids reported that the two actors, who were both ATV stars in the past, were not on good terms with each other.
It was said that the rivalry between them continued even when both of them are now under TVB management. Sources claimed that while Andrew and Ruco are currently filming the new period drama, "Succession War" together, there has been no communication between them in between takes.
When asked to address the rumours recently, Andrew said that he is clueless as to how the rumour started.
Stressing that he never had any problem with Ruco, Andrew said, "Back when we were with ATV, Ruco and I went to England together. If we're not friends with each other, how could we have spent ten days together overseas?"
He added, "Even though Ruco has been busy with work, he will always make time to talk to me and answer any questions that I have. He would also leave a message if he couldn't answer the phone."
