Aina Abdul gets Fattah Amin as leading man for "Jadi Ajar Aku" MV
13 Nov - Aina Abdul has recently attracted a lot of attention to the music video of her new song, "Jadi Ajar Aku", as she unveils the new MV to reveal Fattah Amin as her leading man
The 31-year-old singer recently took to social media to thank the newly-single actor, saying, "Thank you to [Fattah Amin] for wanting to collaborate with me for this MV. I was nervous when I first proposed the job... Praise be to God, he said yes."
Aina also revealed that the choice of Fattah as the leading man was her way of fulfilling her mother's request.
"My mum was the first one to hear this song. She said that the music video would need a leading man. Fast forward later, I let her listen to the finished song and she said to call Fattah to be the hero for the MV and so it goes..." she posted.
Aina also revealed that the song was composed right after she performed her umra last April and that the melody and the lyric flew smoothly even without a piano around to accompany the music.
