Zhang Zhixi denies harassing Ruby Chen
28 Sep – Chinese actress Zhang Zhixi has denied allegations made by Ruby Chen that she was involved with married actor Wu Xiubo.
As reported on China Times, the actress, who worked with Wu in the 2017 series, "The Advisor's Alliance", was recently accused by the sexy star of having an affair with the actor while filming the drama in Hengdian, and that she even harassed Ruby to a point where the latter developed depression.
The allegation was part of Ruby's recent WeChat confession about her seven-year affair with Wu.
In a Weibo post that was published following the reports, Zhang stated, "Now I have finally understood why I have received so much hatred online last year. Even if you are that desperate, no need to drag me down [with you]."
She also claimed in the same post that "the teacher" (meaning Wu) harassed her several times, but that she has not reported the case yet.
