YG Entertainment fuelled Rose and Kang Dong-Won romance rumour

18 Apr – YG Entertainment has only fuelled more speculations that BLACKPINK's Rosé is now dating actor Kang Dong-Won.

On 17 April, amid reports that the two are now together, the company released a short statement saying, "It is difficult to confirm facts related to our artiste's personal life."

The response is different than most of YG's statements about relationship rumours in the past, where the company would come out and immediately deny any false news.

Rumours of romance sparked between the two parties after they were seen in a photo of a social gathering posted by Burberry's former Chief Creative Officer, Riccardo Tisci, which the latter has promptly removed.

It is noted that Kang was previously an artiste under YG Entertainment's management, but ended their cooperation back in December.

Anger mounts over China's response to deadly car attack
STORY: China's government faced mounting anger Wednesday over its handling of the deadly car attack there earlier in the week - and appeared to be taking steps to limit news of the incident. On Monday, a man drove into a crowd at a sports center, killing 35 and injuring 43.
