Ye Ke slams netizens for calling her Huang Xiaoming's "mistress"
10 May - Social media influencer Ye Ke finally broke her silence over rumours of supposed romance with Huang Xiaoming.
As reported on NetEase, the influencer, who has been romantically linked to Huang since late 2022, recently attracted netizens' attention again, though not of her own making.
Many flocked to her social media account after a photo went viral of Huang and ex-wife Angelababy taking their son to Disneyland. Amid speculations that the two are back together, some made comments that Ye Ke is nothing more than Huang's "mistress".
Furious over this, the influencer took to the comments and posted, "Not a mistress. Several netizens who spread rumours before have already been sued. Stop making random speculations."
Soon after, she posted a previous letter from her lawyer, saying that she has the right to take legal action against those who defamed her.
Meanwhile, others are now reading the response from Ye Ke as a confirmation that she is definitely dating the actor. One posted, "If she is clarifying that she is not a mistress, then it means she is the girlfriend."
Others also stated that Huang going on a family outing with Angelababy did not mean that they have reunited, but that they were only acting as responsible parents to their son.
