Yana Samsudin returns to the big screen with "Sahak Gangster"
8 Jan - Yana Samsudin is making her comeback to the big screen with the upcoming film, "Sahak Gangster".
The actress, who has not been in movies since 2018's "Rise: Ini Kalilah", stated that she had not received any acting offers throughout the MCO period during the pandemic, prompting her to try other things.
This include participating in e-games and becoming a well-known gamer and gaming video creator.
"The last time I shot a movie was 'Kak Yong', which has yet to be released. And then we had the pandemic. In those four years, I had two more children," she said.
The said movie, which will be released on 9 January, tells the story of a man who is seeking to uncover and avenge the death of his father figure, the notorious local gangster called Pak Andak.
The movie, which is produced by Millennium Megamas, is directed by Ahmad Idham and co-stars Hariz Hamdan, Nelissa Nizam, Usop Wilcha, Mamak Puteh, Mohammad Faizzal and many more.
