Shuib consults Ajai, Aidit Alfian for daughter Thalita's singing career

8 Jan - Comedian-turned-entrepreneur Shuib recently revealed that he has met with composers Ajai and Aidit Alfian to discuss the direction for daughter Thalita, whom recently performed to a large crowd in Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

The comedian, real name Shahmira Muhamad, said that he decided to meet with the two composers seeing that they were significant in the life of his late wife, Siti Sarah, as the individuals who helped her singing career.

"They have suggested several things, even asking me to find Thalita a vocal teacher. She also has to go to a music school if she wants to pursue singing. That's what I have been thinking about right now," he said.

Shuib said that he would prefer Thalita to be a great performer like her late mother rather than just a singer.

"I know what a good performer is since I was married to Sarah for a long time. So, I don't want Thalita to just have the attention but having no value whatsoever," he added.

Shuib said that Thalita, who is his second child and only daughter, has always been passionate about singing, but had refused to sing in front of people prior.

"That's why I did a TikTok Live while she was singing, so that she can build her confidence," he added.
