Where to eat Nasi Lemak Lobster in Singapore

Fancy some lobster with your plate of Nasi Lemak? At Lawa Bintang, you can enjoy a plate of Nasi Lemak with an array of seafood options to choose from such as lobster, crayfish and squid. Located at 9008 Tampines Street 93 (Industrial Estate), owner Sarena Talib, 45, and her husband Zaidi Mostakim, 46, ensure that fresh seafood supply are delivered to their stall every morning. Most of them come from the Jurong Fishery Port. These Indonesian lobsters are lathered with garlic oil and topped with mornay sauce, parsley and cajun pepper. If you're not a fan of seafood, fried chicken is also available. The chickens are dipped in batter that contains a secret ingredient. Rosemary leaves are then added to them after they are cooked. Each lobster is priced at $18 each. They are $20.50 if you're having them with rice. A plate of standard Nasi Lemak with chicken costs $3.50. Lawa Bintang opens everyday from 8, 9 or 10am to 2pm, except for Mondays. They will be having a stall at this year's Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar, outside Tanjong Katong Complex.
