We asked mothers what they really, really want this Mother's Day and here's their wishlist!
For those who need a little nudge, Mother's Day falls on Sunday, 12 May this year. If you are still on the lookout for meaningful gifts or wish to get some inspiration on what to gift the favourite woman, or women, in your life, consider this a national service.
We spoke with our millennial friends with children from ages 1 to 18 and asked them for their Mother's Day wishlist. Karen Ong, General manager in the Education industry, who loves travelling and food escapades, listed anti-ageing and brightening skincare, weekend vacation, and a homemade card and cake from her son and daughter as her most desired Mother's Day gifts.
While Lynn Ng, who works in the banking industry, longs for bonding sessions with her two children who are still in primary school through baking, photo sessions, and also a family staycation to break the monotony and create perfect memories together.
Mother of three, Eunice Tan, who works in the IT industry, wishes for beauty gadgets that bring her convenience, allowing her more pockets of me-time such as urban sketching, and time to spend with her family. She cites the Dyson Airstrait, Pink Rose (limited-edition), Foreo Peach 2, and good hydration masks as the top three items on her wishlist.
