Wang Baoqiang wants investigation on past car accidents
6 Nov – It was reported that mainland actor Wang Baoqiang is calling for an investigation into his bizarre car accidents amid his divorce case.
As reported on Epoch Times, the actor, who in August 2016 announced he is divorcing wife Ma Rong after catching her cheating on him with his assistant, seemed to be confirming that his complicated divorce case may involve criminal disputes as well.
Wang was previously involved in two car accidents that almost killed him, once in 2013, and the other in 2015.
Back in April 2013, the actor's car collided with a large truck while he was on his way from his studio after celebrating his 29th birthday. Actor Simon Yam, who witnessed the accident, previously stated that the accident may not be as simple as it looked.
Two years later, the actor was again involved in a car accident, which killed his sister-in-law. One of the three suspects had since surrendered, while two others escaped.
Now it is believed that the two accidents may not be a coincidence and that there might be something malicious behind it.
On the other hand, sources claimed that Wang's legal representative has allegedly given his wife Ma Rong an ultimatum, to either give up the custody of their children or go to jail.
