Venus Wong says a project with husband and FIL would be impossible

23 Dec – Venus Wong has no qualms working with her director husband Derek Tsang and father-in-law Eric Tsang, that is if such an opportunity ever arises.

However, the actress, who tied the knot with the "Soul Mate" director in 2019, stated that despite being interested in doing so, having all three of them together in one project would be quite impossible.

"I can do it anytime, but their schedules are more complex, especially Eric, who is very busy. I admire him hosting "Super Trio Returns" despite his schedule. I know he is very tired, physically and mentally. I really want him to rest for the sake of the family," she said.

However, Venus stated that seeing how Eric works gave her a sense of mission, and that it made her want to do a good job as well.

On the other hand, when asked if Derek's absence ever affected their relationship, seeing that the director travelled to lots of places for his projects, Venus stated that the two always keep in touch.

"When I don't have anything to do, I would fly to accompany him. But I can't help it when I have work to do. It's a healthy thing for everyone to work hard for their goals," she added.
