Travel luggage retailer Samsonite is having a busy year. The retailer is unveiling its latest Asia Pacific exhibition in Singapore, in celebration of the brand's quality and innovative methods for the past 113 years. That's quite a feat!
With presence in over 130 countries and a legacy spanning more than a century, Samsonite has earned its reputation as the go-to choice for travellers seeking the perfect blend of fashion and functionality. Through the exhibition, visitors can discover how Samsonite pushes for innovation by embracing modern design through research and collaborations, as well as smart travel solutions, making it a brand that resonates with today's tech-savvy travellers.
Paying homage to heritage
With a constant strive for improvement, Samsonite's innovation and desire for change keeps the brand modern and progressing with the times. Through its 'Destination Samsonite,' travellers can understand more of the brand's rich heritage. Featuring archive pieces dating back to the 1930s, it showcases the brand's evolution through time, highlighting its transformation from a luggage manufacturer to a pioneer in innovative smart travel solutions. Walk-through this exhibition that will serve as a time capsule, where iconic pieces like Streamlite, Silhourtte, Oyster and 4-Wheel Spinner can be viewed, followed by present-day C-Lite, Proxis and Evoa.

Samsonite's dedication to using superior materials is unwavering, ensuring that each product is built to withstand the rigors of travel.
Travellers can view three thematic installations in the 'Destination Samsonite' exhibition, highlighting its outstanding craftmanship and design philosophy behind Samsonite's luggage. Each zone represents one of Samsonite's key features – lightness, durability and best-in-class components – through a collection of visual and interactive exhibition pieces. In addition, it also demonstrates the brand's initiative to use recycled materials for soft cases and interior linings of Samsonite products.
Zero Gravity – Visitors will be able to experience the concept of lightness with Attrix and Clite, made with Roxkin material and Curv material respectively – suspended to showcase the lightness of the luggage.
Discover Durability - A large tumble wheel draws attention and invites visitors to put the luggage through a tumble test by turning a lever to activate a large wheel, spinning the luggage to discover the durability of the luggage.
Abstract Terrains – While an informative video plays in the background, visitors will be able to test the durability and maneuverability of the wheels over different terrains.

The Evoa Z evolved from the Evoa collection, which encapsulates the essence of Samsonite's DNA – minimal, iconic and modern.
