New in town: Peng Guan Cafe — Peng Guan opens mini eatery selling bak kwa-themed snacks like muffins, puffs & pau

Peng Guan has been crafting bak kwa by hand since 2014 and the business has a handful of stalls around the Island, mostly located within kopitiams and hawker centres.
