Sufian Suhaimi plans to get back to teaching in the future
26 Apr - Sufian Suhaimi recently revealed that he is planning to one day return to his first love - education.
The singer, who spoke about his future plans recently, admitted to Harian Metro that he would like to be a lecturer one day, being a degree holder in Mass Communication from the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).
"Actually, it was my dream to become a lecturer, even before I became a singer. That is why I pursued my degree in UiTM. But while I was doing my studies, I was offered to release an album and it went well," he said.
Sufian stated that while he then focused more on his singing career, it didn't mean that he is no longer interested in becoming a lecturer.
"Maybe not sometime in near future. But it's not impossible to be in the academics. The possibility is there," he said.
As to what course he'd teach as a lecturer, the singer said that he might teach communication, seeing that that was what he studied in the past.
