Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask review: Super soft and silky results
Basically, it is a hair mask with a rinse-off treatment to repair, nourish and treat dry and damaged hair.
Looking after my hair is part of my beauty and self-care routine. As someone who has been dyeing her hair since her teens, I notice the stress it causes to my tresses, like having dry and split ends.
I've been using Olaplex's No.3 Hair Perfecting Treatment for a while now, but they don't come cheap: a bottle can set you back at S$51, as I'm very generous when it comes to using products.
But recently, I found a more affordable alternative that works wonders, and I even recommended it to my hairstylist: Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask.

What is Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask
Basically, it is a hair mask with a rinse-off treatment to repair, nourish and treat dry and damaged hair. It comes in an inconspicuous 230g tub, and honestly, I didn't even know it was produced by the well-known Japanese brand, Shiseido.
The brand claims that it has been Japan's number-one hair mask for five consecutive years, and one tub is sold every five seconds. That's quite a feat!
It's suitable for dry, damaged, and tangled hair caused by UV rays, chemical treatments such as colouring, perming or straightening and hot styling tools like hair dryer and iron.
My review of Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask: What I think about it and does it work
After washing my hair normally, I squeeze out excess water and apply a generous amount of the hair mask throughout my hair. It is recommended you leave the mask on for five to ten minutes. I would use a wide comb to make sure the cream gets into every strand – impossible, I know – and detangle any knots I have caused to my hair from top buns and all.
The result is MAGIC. It takes just ten minutes for the comb to glide through my hair with ease, and it feels soft and silky to the touch. After washing the product off, I would blow-dry my hair and the result was noticeable: my hair isn't frizzy and manageable even in a high-humidity climate like ours. Why haven't I discover this hair mask way earlier before?
Can you use the Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask every day?
The recommended usage is once or twice a week, but for really dry and damaged hair, I'd go up to three times a week.
Is Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask worth the buy?
Astounding yes! Not only it is affordable, the results speak for themselves.
Some shoppers even give it 5 stars, commending, "Cannot go wrong with this the hairs are so smooth and shiny, highly recommend!"
My only grouse is that the jelly cream can be super slippery, and I've dropped a few dollops on the floor – argh, what a waste!
