Sheila Chin celebrates turning 50
25 Jul – Sheila Chin recently had another birthday bash to celebrate her turning 50 and revealed that 50 is a significant number for her.
As reported on Mingpao, the beauty queen-turned-actress who spoke to the media at the party, shared that while most people believed that they will learn about themselves when they turn 30, she only realised who she is at 50.
"My perspective and feelings are not the same as it was before. Maybe I am now half-a-century old, but it feels like a rebirth into the next stage. It feels like destiny," she said.
The actress also stated that she has a new direction in her career now that she has entered the next phase of her life, and expressed intention to start her own business soon.
When asked if her destiny also involves rumoured boyfriend and businessman Lee Chengwu, Sheila responded, "I am very happy now. I have a lot of support from friends and a lot of love. I'd rather not talk about feelings."
