If you’re dining in a group, you have to try the Garlic Fragrance White Pepper Stewed Fish Head (S$30). The claypot had fish head pieces, roasted pork and golden nuggets of pork lard. I was obsessed with the sauce which had aromatic notes of garlic, sesame oil and Chinese wine. I highly recommend it!
