Robo-Chef relocates to serve up wok hei-filled goodness in AMK

Originally located on level 3 of the food court at AMK Hub Foodfare, Robo-Chef has relocated to its brand new home at 628 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4!

The fried rice stall promises to serve up their robotfried fried rice goodness even better in their new space.

Robo Chef - Storefront

While Robo-Chef does have people tending to the stall, the bulk of the cooking is done by a robotic spatula-arm contraption.

The robot arm cooks and fries the rice like a person holding a spatula. It cooks everything to a golden perfection, tossing the seasoning and ingredients in the fried rice evenly.

As if it couldn’t get any better, Robo-Chef boasts an incredible menu of 20 types of fried rice! According to the stall operators, they use premium short-grain rice and no MSG in their fried goodness to ensure you’re getting the very best.

Fans of the store recommend the Golden Signature Fried Rice (S$8.80). Full of smokey wok hei, the fried rice is teeming with ingredients and is said to be ultra-satisfying.

For something more typical, try out the Yang Chow Fried Rice(S$7). This particular dish would be no stranger to the rice lover; it’s full of a mix of proteins and veggies and the go-to for many zi char lovers.

Head down to Robo-Chef in Ang Mo Kio for a taste of the robot-fried fried rice; though it’s not fried by a person, the fried rice here seems pretty promising! Pretty sure it’ll get Uncle Roger’s stamp of approval, too.
