Richie Jen announces upcoming Taiwan concert
2 Jul – After surprising fans with his new single "Miss U", Richie Jen recently shared another surprise – he is holding a concert in Taipei soon!
The actor-singer shared the good news on Instagram, writing, "It's been eight years of waiting for Xiao Qi to return to Taipei for a big concert. This time, Richie Jen will return to his original love where he held his first concert in 1998 and will bring fans and friends back to the place where he first performed."
The upcoming concert is set to be held at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) this 19 September.
Speaking to the media about the concert, Richie, who previously gained weight for a movie project that has since been halted, promised to return to his original form in order to present something fresh to his fans.
As to his song list, the singer admitted that he was quite distressed since the concert time is too limited for him to sing all of his popular songs.
"I am worried that I would miss a song that would cause regret. I am considering referring to fans instead and letting them choose," he added.
