Residences in Kobi Karp’s Waterfront Miami Condo Are Now for Sale

It’s been less than six months since we got a first look at Kobi Karp’s hotly anticipated Indian Creek Residences and Yacht Club. Now, the boutique building has put its first listings on the market.

The condo on Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands just launched sales of its nine units, led by Oren Alexander and Isaac Lustgarten of Official. The residences currently on offer range from three- to five-bedroom residences, with pricing beginning at $5.6 million for a half-floor home and $11 million for a penthouse.

The South Florida tower, developed by Landau Properties, will offer one of the area’s only private yacht clubs. In addition to the condominium homes, the building will provide a private marina complete with one shared boat slip and five additional slips available for purchase.

Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club just launched sales of its nine condos.

“Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club is the first true luxury boutique new development overlooking Indian Creek Lake,” says Jonathan Landau, founder and CEO of Landau Properties, in a press statement. “This unique site afforded us the rare opportunity to build a fully amenitized limited collection residential experience on Bay Harbor Islands, something for which the neighborhood has been waiting a long time.”

The unit’s sizes go from 3,300 to over 5,600 square feet and are divided into half-floor homes, duplex residences, and full-floor penthouses. Designed by Linda Zarifi, each of the residences sports private balconies, wine walls, and vistas that stretch from Biscayne Bay to Indian Creek Island—a private enclave known as Billionaire Bunker, favorited by Jeff Bezos and Tom Brady. Penthouses will have the bonus of 75 feet of unobstructed water views.

The units range from half-floor homes to duplex residences and full-floor penthouses with water and golf course views.

Inside, you’ll find Zenia white oak cabinets, custom millwork, Taj Mahal stone counters, and Fantini fixtures in the kitchen while the primary baths will be kitted out with swaths of travertine and freestanding soaking tubs. The interiors are meant to pay homage to architect Morris Lapidus, a pioneer of the Miami Modern movement.

Some of the standout perks that residents will have access to include everything from a world-class spa to state-of-the-art fitness center and a 2,600-square-foot rooftop terrace with a pool, private dining area, and outdoor screening pavilion.

“Today’s luxury buyers are looking for one-of-a-kind homes that combine show-stopping views with world-class finishes and amenities that meet their every need,” explains Alexander. “Indian Creek Residences and Yacht Club is the only opportunity on the island to own a property with the amenities of a fully serviced condominium and the discretion of a private home.”
