Quincy Hotel review: One of Orchard Road's most affordable hidden gems for staycays

Quincy Hotel is a 108-room boutique hotel that has been around for 14 years. Tucked away in the Mount Elizabeth residential enclave off Orchard Road, the hotel offers both privacy and access to the main shopping district in Singapore. Between the price point, facilities, rooms and amenities, this hotel is possibly one of the best-kept secrets in Orchard Road.
Having wholly escaped my radar until I stayed in one of the rooms over an October weekend, here's a look at the room and what you can expect from a stay in this hotel.

With hotels surging to unprecedented prices in tiny little Singapore, finding a decent-sized room with a bathtub in the middle of Singapore's tourist district is practically a steal.
