Nick Cheung enjoys "hypnotising" Cecilia So in new movie

30 Oct– After working with the same group of actors for the past few years, Nick Cheung is happy to be able to collaborate with Cecilia So, Kent Cheng and Elaine Jin in his new movie, "Guilt By Design".
The actor, who sat down for an interview with Mingpao recently to talk about the movie, shared that filming has been a memorable experience because of his collaboration with these actors – some of them for the first time ever.
"I had this one scene with Cecilia where I was hypnotising her. She really made me feel like I have hypnotised her. We were both in character. She is a very passionate actress and had tried her best in her performance," he said.
He also sang praises of Elaine, saying that the actress is very detailed in her performance.
However, Nick admitted that he had the most chemistry with Kent Cheng, who would make use of his every minute on screen to a maximum.
"Only a veteran star like him is able to do that. It was a great thing to be able to have these exchanges with him. I was very happy to work with all of them," he said.
"Guilt by Design" stars Nick as a hypnosis expert who is in a dilemma, after his daughter was kidnapped by a group of men who want to use his special skill to influence a court case.
