Cally Kwong and boyfriend part ways

11 Feb – Hong Kong singer Cally Kwong and boyfriend, Thomas Lam have recently called it quits after three years of being in a relationship.

According to On CC News, the news was confirmed by the Henderson Land Development's General Manager himself, who stated, "If it wasn't meant to be, it wasn't meant to be. This wasn't something that suddenly occurred."

Thomas, who stressed that the breakup was mutual, stated that both of them have strong personalities and were not able to find a common ground, thus they decided to part ways.

He admitted that though the breakup is regrettable, he would always give Cally his blessings and hope that she would find someone who would suit her personality better.

Thomas has also come forth to stress that the two of them are still friends.

"She is a very knowledgeable and intelligent woman. She is a very good person," said Thomas. "I hope she will find someone to settle down with, and I hope I will too."
