Neelofa says netizen's video of son disrespectful, releases own video of baby Bilal
13 Oct – Neelofa recently admitted that she feels a bit hurt that someone has decided to spread her son's images online despite her reluctance to do so herself.
The former actress, who was asked about the recent TikTok video showing her son Bilal being carried by someone during a visit to the clinic, stated that the action itself is a disrespect towards her as Bilal's mother.
"As a mother, it really hurts me that people do that. I never prevented anybody or cover Bilal's face when I'm in public, but for people to upload and share his photos, it is disrespectful to me and to his father," she said.
Neelofa stated that it should be her decision as to when she would share photos of her son.
"My husband and I do plan to do that, and have decided on the timing. Why is the need for someone else to be the first one?" she said.
Nonetheless, the entrepreneur stated that she would rather not speak more about the issue, and proceeds to show Bilal's face to everybody with her own video on her social media.
Neelofa and husband, Haris Ismail welcomed their first child Bilal in January this year.
