Motherhood calling as Louisa Mak embraces new life chapter
21 Nov - Following news of Priscilla Wong's pregnancy, it was Louisa Mak's turn to reveal that she is also pregnant with her first child.
As reported on Mingpao, the former TVB actress surprised many when she appeared wearing a white low-cut dress to show off her baby bump at a recent event, and confirmed that she is going to be a mother.
"Thank you everyone for your blessings. I am so happy. I am about to enter a new stage. I have a new identity now," she expressed.
Louisa said that she was truly happy after finding out that she was pregnant, and was grateful for God's blessings.
"I feel a little uneasy because I know it is a big responsibility. I will try my best to prepare for everything in the next few months. My mentality has changed a lot. I used to only look at the immediate things, but now I think long-term for the future generation," she added.
She also revealed that she is now five months pregnant, though declined to reveal the baby's gender.
"I want to have more than one child. I hope the child will have a companion growing up. But now it's still too early to say, we have to wait and see whether we are lucky or not," she added.
