Morton’s The Steakhouse at Mandarin Oriental reopens with refreshing new cocktails & dishes

With an impressive 25-year tenure at the Mandarin Oriental, Morton’s The Steakhouse saddened many a steak fan when it closed for a comprehensive S$135 million dollar renovation along with the rest of the hotel in Mar 2023. The closure was to end ahead of the Formula (One) Singapore Grand Prix. After about a 7-month wait, the restaurant has finally re-opened its doors with fresh additions to their menu.

Morton’s The Steakhouse is widely regarded for offering one of the best steakhouse experiences in Singapore, using primarily USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) Prime Black Angus known for exceptional marbling and making up less than 2% of all beef produced in the US.

Diners love their Mortini nights (5pm – 7pm) in particular when free-flow steak sandwiches are up for grabs with an order of their signature Mortini.
