Macy Chan denies marrying Eric Suen in Australia
16 Apr - Hong Kong singer-actress Macy Chan has denied rumours that she and her boyfriend of eight years, Eric Suen, are planning to get married in the near future.
As reported on Mingpao, rumours of a wedding sparked recently, after Eric posted a photo of him in a tuxedo and joked, "Today, I am acting as a bartender! Looking forward to meeting the pretty lady guest...".
It was later revealed that the couple had travelled to Australia, fueling rumours of a destination wedding.
However, when asked about the rumours recently, Macy, who responded via Whatsapp, stated that they are not getting married anytime soon, and the only reason that they were in the country was to attend a charity event.
Macy added that while they are not holding any wedding in Australia, marriage has always been on the cards.
"I know that you care about us very much, and we're grateful. If there is anything, we will surely announce it," she added.
