Love Island fans notice Paige Thorne's subtle Jacques O'Neill shade
Love Island fans picked up on Paige Thorne throwing a bit of shade at previous partner Jacques O'Neill, while on her final date with Adam Collard.
Fans of Love Island will know Paige Thorne has been in the villa since day one, and was originally coupled up with Luca Bish. After that didn't work out, she eventually coupled up with Jacques, and everything seemed to be going well until Casa Amor.
When the girls left the original villa to head to Casa Amor, the boys were joined by six new bombshells, one of which shared a bed - and multiple kisses - with Jacques, before he eventually decided to recouple with Paige.
Despite Paige also choosing to couple up with Jacques again, their relationship went south thanks to his Casa Amor antics, and the 23-year-old rugby player eventually decided to leave the villa, admitting he no longer felt like himself.
Which is around the same time Adam arrived, and immediately coupled up with Paige. While Jacques told her he would be waiting for her on the outside during his exit, Love Island fans think Paige might've just thrown shade at her previous partner during her final date with Adam.
The pair headed on a romantic boat trip, during which, Paige admitted, "Obviously my journey started off a little bit different. Honestly since you've come in I've been non-stop smiling.
"Even if everyone was still in the villa, it would be you, out of them all, that I can see a potential future with for sure. I've honestly enjoyed every second."
Fans picked up on the potential shade, with one writing on Twitter, "Paige really said Jacques who" and another put, "Not Paige throwing shade that even if Jacques was still in the villa - she would still choose Adam."
