Local singer Aisyah Aziz heads to Paris Fashion Week with Kenzo
Catch the live show on Saturday, 21st January at 3:30am SGT.
It's a first for homegrown singer Aisyah Aziz, as she will be marking her first Paris Fashion Week as an attendee at the Kenzo fashion show, alongside other well-known celebrities such as Edan Lui of Mirror and more.
Aisyah was invited to Kenzo's show after repping Singapore in the FW22 Asia shooting project, “Real to Be” from Kenzo, which brought together eight musicians from the region, including Korean singer-songwriter BIBI, Thai singer-actor Jaylerr, Australian-Filipino singer-producer James Reid, among others.
Seen here is Aisyah's airport look: the singer donned a medium red printed short-sleeve shirt in checked cotton poplin; a rinse blue shirting dress in striped denim; Kenzo Mini Tote Bag; red socks in cotton; and the leather “Kenzosmile” Derbies women.
As Fashion Week is back for good, Kenzo's artistic director Nigo brings forth a larger-than-life collection for the season ahead. Presenting his third season helming the role of Artistic Director at the revered Maison, Nigo has undeniably asserted his vision to bring forth a sense of radical authenticity whilst celebrating Kenzo's legacy – cementing his reputation as the godfather of modern streetwear for the style-obsessed cool kids. Channelling his and Kenzo Takada’s mutual love for Americana style codes and streetwear, Nigo’s artful fusion of unisex tailoring and workwear is a show not to be missed.
