Liza Soberano promises not to be in a relationship
14 Feb - There is a reason why Liza Soberano would not give any confirmation or address the real deal about her relationship with Enrique Gil - she has made a promise to her father, to not be in one.
As reported on PEP News, the actress, whose onscreen romance with Gil in various movies and dramas seemed to be translating into real life as well, stated that she previously vowed to postpone any romantic relationship until she is able to reach her dreams in life.
"I just want to make them proud. They are proud of me, but I want them to be prouder," said the 19-year-old.
Soberano also admitted that she has a verbal agreement with her talent manager, Ogie Diaz to stay single until she reaches the age of 23.
In a previous interview, Soberano has stated that she is not in any romantic relationship with Gil except for the ones on screen.
"We are not in a 'relationship' relationship. We're in a reel-ationship," she said.
