Skincare brand Grail by actor Lawrence Wong to reveal a new look in August
Grail, a lifestyle brand founded by actor Lawrence Wong, is thrilled to announce a refreshed brand experience this August 2023. Popular for its fast-selling skincare mask, the brand will unveil a refreshed packaging for its skincare line as well as a new campaign. This new look aims to reinforce the brand's commitment to the values of simplicity and mindful-living, setting the tone for the brand’s global vision. The first Hilton Okinawa Miyako Island Resort debuts on Miyako Island, Japan
Global hospitality company Hilton announced the opening of Hilton Okinawa Miyako Island Resort, the first Hilton property on Japan’s Miyako Island. Nestled approximately 300 kilometres southwest of the main Okinawa Island, Miyako Island is amongst the world’s most sought-after destinations, known for its enchanting natural beauty and unique cultural experiences.
The 329 well-appointed guest rooms incorporate design elements inspired by the Miyako Blue Sea and its surroundings. This includes 56 Executive Rooms and 11 Suite Rooms which offer exclusive access to the Executive Lounge where guests can enjoy evening cocktails and refreshments throughout the day.
The hotel also features four restaurants and bars, suitable for various occasions and dining preferences. Guests can dine throughout the day at the vibrant Azure which serves international fare made with locally sourced ingredients, or savour authentic Italian cuisine at Iseoletta – the hotel’s signature restaurant, which features a gas-fired pizza oven and cosy trattoria setting. The lobby lounge Saryo is where guests can enjoy light bites and refreshments, including house-made sweets paired with herbal tea. Guests can also unwind at Yunai Rooftop Bar – where, as its name signifies, means ‘night’ in Miyako dialect – offering a relaxing setting for guests to enjoy mesmerizing sunsets over the Miyako Blue Sea while sipping on cocktails.

Homegrown brand By Invite Only celebrates tenth Gldsmth collection, Edition 10
Local jewellery brand By Invite Only, known for their sustainable everyday pieces, is holding their showcase event for their tenth Gldsmth collection.

Ralph Lauren debuts new luxury store and cafe
Ralph Lauren announced the opening of its luxury concept store at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, alongside its first Ralph’s Coffee location in Singapore. Fashion lovers can purchase an assortment of men's and women's Purple Label and Women’s Collection apparel and accessories.
Next to the store is the first Ralph’s Coffee in Singapore, serving a selection of coffee and light bites, including the brand’s signature Ralph’s Roast, made from organically grown beans from Central and South America. Other gourmet offerings include a range of classic American desserts including cookies, cakes and Ralph Lauren Soft Serve Ice Cream. Exclusive to The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, the Pineapple Shaken tea was created in celebration of Ralph’s Coffee debut in Singapore.

The first-ever Brewnanza Fest by Brewlander is here from 3 to 6 August 2023
Beer lovers are in for a treat! The largest Craft beer celebration in Singapore, Brewnanza Fest by Brewlander, will feature over 100 unique craft beers from more than 20 of the most innovative local and international breweries from America, Asia, Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom. Just to note: many of the beers are not available in the region. Running from the 3 to 6 August 2023 at the Bayfront Event Space, the line-up will feature a specially selection of limited-edition creations crafted by Brewlander, Heroes Beer Co, Vault City Brewing Co., Rocky Ridge Brewing Co and many more.
Also, look out for first-time brewers in Singapore – DD4D from Japan, renowned UK craft brewery Cloudwater, and Trillium Brewing. You will also find tasty bites by renowned restaurants and brands, which includes The Kongsee, Shake Shack, JAGUARITA’S, Kebab Faktory, Kind Kones, Abundance and more.
