Li Xiaolu's daughter: What is wrong about my skin tone?
5 Mar- Tian Xin recently expressed frustration over the speculations and criticisms regarding her looks, now that she seems to have grown paler compared to her previous tanned skin complexion.
The former reality show child star turned actress, whose real name is Jelena Jia Yunxin, took to social media to express her puzzlement over the allegations that she has undergone skin whitening treatments and plastic surgery to look more like her actress mother, Li Xiaolu.
"Why do you say I had plastic surgery? Did I break some heavenly law? Aren't the good genes, advantages and love are inherited from my parents? Is it because I have changed a lot when I grew up or some people just can't stand the way I look when I grow up?" she asked.
In another post, she said that she doesn't understand the issue of her being dark-skinned or that she gets fairer as she gets older.
"I didn't have any plastic surgery. I am not even 18. Even if I am, I still won't get surgery," she added.
It is noted that Tian Xin had a more sun-kissed skin complexion when she was younger, with many saying that she inherited her father Jia Nailiang's skin tone rather than her mother's.
