Korean actor Lee Do-Hyun from Netflix's 'The Glory' to visit Singapore on 13 May

It will be actor's first visit to Singapore, and he is set appear at the Korea Travel Fair at Our Tampines Hub

SINGAPORE - Korean actor Lee Do-hyun will be in Singapore at Our Tampines Hub's Korea Travel Fair on 13 May.

His upcoming appearance was announced through a video released on the Facebook page of the Korea Tourism Organisation (Singapore) on Wednesday.

"Since this will be the first time in Singapore, I am so excited at the thought of meeting everyone soon and can't wait to see everyone," said Lee.

The 28-year-old made his acting debut in 2017 with "Prison Playbook" and gained critical acclaim after winning Best New Actor at the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards in 2021.

He is well known for his roles in Korean dramas Hotel del Luna and The Glory on Netflix.

The Glory is a 16-episode series that was released in two parts, with the first premiering last year on 30 December and the second released in March this year. Lee plays a plastic surgeon working in Seoul Joo General Hospital on the show.

Most recently, he plays the lead character of Choi Kang-ho, a prosecutor with a cold-hearted personality, in Korean drama The Good Bad Mother which is available on Netflix.

The Korea Travel Fair will be held from 12 to 14 May. Further details of the event will be released on Korea Tourism Organisation Singapore's social media pages.
