First, the Rare Objects director attended a panel event in a sandy suit by Kallmeyer. She wore the hourglass linen blazer unbuttoned and layered over a plain white T-shirt. The matching pair of khaki wide-leg trousers featured crisp pleats and a fabric belt. She kicked it up a notch with her footwear, stepping out in black-and-white snakeskin boots with a narrow square toe.
Meanwhile, her jewelry included twisted diamond-and-gold hoop earrings and a gold chain and emerald pendant necklace by Yvonne Léon, plus a thick gold ring from Eéra.
Later in the day, Holmes swapped her big pants for even bigger pants to attend the Kering Women in Motion Talk. These statement trousers, in an off-white hue, included a billowing wide-leg and ankle-length silhouette. To finish off the look, she wore a vibrant lime-green fitted blouse, a slouchy butter-yellow jacket, silver satin bowtie kitten heels, and angular gold earrings from Rainbow K.
Fans of the actor and director’s street style may not be surprised by her gravitation toward baggy trousers.
Holmes made headlines in April when she was photographed out and about in New York City wearing military-green R13 trousers covered all over with shimmering gold sequins and bleached paint splatters.
And during an outing in January, she wore two pairs of capacious Kallmeyer pants in the span of a few hours. The first was a high-waisted satin pair doused in a frothy metallic gold color. The second featured a structured high-rise silhouette in a chocolate-brown shade.
