Kate Middleton Styles a Black and Brown Office Core-Inspired Ensemble With Pointed Russell & Bromley Black Pumps
Kate Middleton is no stranger to recycling her favorite fashion pieces — making her more relatable, despite being a member of the British royal family with eyes constantly on her. So, it’s hardly shocking that the Princess of Wales just stepped out in the same pumps she’s worn twice recently.
Spotted while on official royal duty in London on Tuesday, Middleton hit the pavement in a pair of classic black leather pumps featuring a sharp pointed toe and a sleek, rectangular block heel. The style, Russell & Bromley’s “100 Point” Court Shoe, has been a staple in her wardrobe for years. She wore the same silhouette at a Holocaust Memorial Day service on Jan. 27 and again days later for a visit to South Wales.

Middleton also donned the brand’s popular “Pinpoint” stilettos for another royal engagement last month. Russell & Bromley is a British luxury footwear and accessories brand founded by the Bromley family in Lewes, England, over 150 years ago.
Pippa Middleton, Rita Ora, and Sienna Miller are all fans of the brand, as well. Back in 2009, when Miller was known for her bohemian-chic street style, she regularly stepped out in suede studded ankle boots from the brand. As for Pippa, the British socialite was often seen in ballet flats and knee-high boots courtesy of Russell & Bromley in the 2010s. More recently, in 2021, she was spotted in their Tristar Triple Strap Western Boots. Meanwhile, Rita Ora paired their High Voltage Point Double Platform Boots with a Juicy Couture tracksuit for an album signing in 2023.
The rest of Middleton’s ensemble on Tuesday included a chocolate brown blazer layered over a timeless black turtleneck and gray pinstripe trousers. She also accessorized with a smattering of simple silver and gold jewelry.
When it comes to the princess’ personal style, she’s been known to reach for the same pieces and recycle looks. For fancier events, you’ll often find her donning pointy suede and slingback pumps from brands like Gianvito Rossi, Emmy London, Jimmy Choo, Aquazzura and Alessandra Rich.
In more casual instances, she might lace up affordable sneakers by Veja, Superga, Lululemon and Nike. She’s also a fan of knee-high boots by Gianvito Rossi and has worn Blundstone Chelsea boots, too.
