Joyce Chao and Renzo Liu to tie the knot
3 Apr - Celebrity couple Joyce Chao and Renzo Liu recently admitted that they are soon to tie the knot.
As reported on Epoch Times, the couple, who have been together for six years, shared that they will be holding their reception in Okinawa on 3 April, while the wedding in Taiwan is still being planned.
"I want to have a child as soon as possible. We want three kids!," enthused Joyce.
She admitted that they were originally not interested in each other and had different preferences. While she prefers a tall and slender man, Renzo has expressed in the past that he likes petite girls.
When asked how she fell in love with Renzo, who is 12 years older than her, Joyce stated that he is a talented and kind man.
"Although we're different in age, it's just fate that we belong together. I really love the fact that he is a very responsible family man," she said.
This will be Joyce's first marriage and Renzo's second. The actor was previously married to non-showbiz wife Chen Chin for six years.
