Jollibean joins the Biscoff hype train with new Lotus Biscoff Min Chiang Kueh

It has been a good week for Lotus Biscoff fans. First, Kit Kat’s new Lotus Biscoff chocolate bar finally reached Singapore’s shores, and now, the popular soy product brand, Jollibean, has recently launched their brand new min chiang kueh filled with Lotus Biscoff.

The Lotus Biscoff Min Chiang Kueh is priced at S$2.90, and features Jollibean’s signature thick min chiang kueh pancake sandwiching a layer of delicious Lotus Biscoff spread and crunchy biscuit pieces.

The Lotus Biscoff Min Chiang Kueh is slightly pricier in comparison to their standard flavours, such as the Peanut Min Chiang Kueh, which is priced at S$2.10 at regular outlets and S$2.30 at premium outlets in town.

Jollibean is certainly no stranger to coming up with interesting new min chiang kueh and pancake flavours. They’ve previously released exciting products like their Soy Tofu Ice Cream Min Chiang Kueh, Nasi Lemak Min Chiang Kueh, Peanut Min Chiang Kueh with Kit Kat, Salted Egg Yolk Maru Pancake, Caramel Cinnamon Cookie Crunch Mini Rolls and even multi-coloured Unicorn Mini Rolls.

They’ve most recently come up with Ovalmatine Crunchy Cream Mini Rolls, which are rolled pancakes filled with Ovalmatine spread. With ultra creative min chiang kueh flavours that are hard to come by in other pancake stores, it’s no wonder that Jollibean has become a staple to many fellow min chiang kueh lovers in Singapore.

With multiple outlets conveniently located all over the island, Jollibean has long been one of my go-to spots to get my min chiang kueh fix. As a Lotus Biscoff fan, I’m especially excited to give the new Lotus Biscoff Min Chiang Kueh a try soon.
