Joey Yung rumoured to be dating billionaire Albert Yeung's son
1 Jul – Rumours are rife that Joey Yung has found a new love in her life, and the lucky man is none other than Alex Young - the second son of billionaire and Joey's big boss, Albert Yeung.
As reported on Mingpao, rumours of romance between the two sparked recently, when tabloids claimed that Joey and Alex have been dating for the past four months, having been seen together in Japan earlier and subsequently at GEM's concert in Taiwan.
It was also said that Joey had even organised a special birthday party for Alex last month.
However, when asked about it recently, Joey's manager Mani Fok dismissed it as false, and jokingly added, "I am also hoping for the rumours to be true. But they're not."
Prior to Joey, Alex, who is said to inherit the Emperor Group from his father in the future, was romantically linked to other celebrities including singer Lesley Jiang and actress Vivien Yeo. He was also said to have pursued casino tycoon Stanley Ho's daughter Laurinda Ho in the past.
Joey was in a long-term relationship with singer Wilfred Lau prior to her new romance rumour.
