Jeremy Tsui surprises many with farewell post
19 Mar - Jeremy Tsui shocked many on social media after suddenly and seemingly announcing his retirement from showbiz.
On 15 March, the actor shared a sketch on Weibo of the late Kobe Bryant walking away as the fans cheered, and wrote, "I bid farewell to being an actor. Thank you for your long-term support. Sorry to have caused you trouble."
"Thank you for everything. I love you," he added.
The announcement had since become trending on the social media platform, with the hashtag #JeremyTsuileavingthecircle making the number one spot.
As fans flooded the comments section with well wishes and questions, Jeremy responded to some, saying that he will complete the projects he has in his hand first before leaving.
It is noted that the actor is currently promoting his new drama, "Yongan Dream", which co-stars Ouyang Nana. He also has at least two new dramas to be aired.
