Jeon So-min is leaving "Running Man"

24 Oct - Another "Running Man" star is leaving the show, as actress Jeon So-min announced that she will not be returning to the show after her sixth year.

As reported on YNA, the 37-year-old actress' rep stated that the actress and the production team have mulled it over carefully before coming to the decision, saying that it is now time for Jeon to take some time to refresh.

"We had talked over ways to keep her for a long time, but decided to respect her decision," said a spokesperson for SBS.

Jeon, known for dramas such as "Cleaning Up" and "Endless Love", joined the long-running variety show in April 2017 alongside comedian Yang Se-chan just after original member Kang Gary left the show.

She had since won several accolades for her participation in the show, including the SBS Entertainment Awards' Rookie Award in 2017 and the Golden Content Award in 2020.
