Jeff Chan is touched over support for cancer battle
21 Aug – Former TVB actor Jeff Chan, who was previously revealed to have been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, recently posted another video to express his gratitude over the outpouring support that had been coming his way since his condition made the news.
As reported on Mingpao, Jeff, who posted the video on social media stated that he had just completed his five-day electrotherapy, which resulted in side effects that includes vomiting.
"But it's over now, and I am now taking some medication. I will also have a follow-up visit [soon] to do an MRI scan to observe my current condition," he said.
Jeff stated that he was touched and grateful to everybody who has provided him with a lot of support, financial assistance, alternative treatments, and diet tips.
"I will continue to fight this battle, actively treat my illness, continue my work in showbiz, record my cancer experience, and shoot my online short films," he enthused.
Last week, TVB actor Steven Ma highlighted Jeff's situation in media, saying that he would like to find ways to help the actor in his battle against lung cancer.
