Jang Hyuk embarks on directorial journey
20 Jan – Jang Hyuk is set to make his directorial and writing debut with an upcoming action film titled, "Stop Stop Dark Cold".
The news was confirmed by the actor himself, most known for movies and dramas like "Volcano High", "The Swordsman", and "Slave Hunters", saying, "I am deeply committed to this project and eager to explore the future implications of technology through my artistic lens.
"I look forward to connecting with audiences worldwide," he added.
The project will be a collaboration between Jang with Stars Collective and Stars Entertainment.
Stars Collective founder Peter Luo said: "Collaborating with Jang Hyuk is a privilege. His exceptional talents and innovative approach have already made significant impacts during the project's early stages."
It is currently in the script development phase. Production will begin in mid-2025.
