Jacqueline Wong mums about marriage registration
18 Aug – Jacqueline Wong has neither confirmed nor denied reports that she and Lai Man Wang will be tying the knot soon.
As reported on Mingpao, following news that the two have submitted their Notice of Intended Marriage, the actress-turned-singer responded to the media with a short message.
It read, "We both thank you for your blessings. I have nothing to add. Thank you."
The response was echoed similarly by the RubberBand drummer, who wrote, "Thank you, everyone. I have no comment."
As to rumours that they are also having a baby, he responded, "No more questions to answer."
Meanwhile, Kenneth Ma, who dated Jacqueline prior to her 2019 scandal with Andy Hui, responded to the media by writing, "Congratulations to them."
Rumours of romance between Jacqueline and Lai sparked in 2022, after the two were spotted walking their dogs together. While they denied the relationship at the time, Lai did, however, revealed that he and his non-showbiz girlfriend had already broken up.
